Refund and Returns Policy
Thank you for shopping at Nukkad Craft. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.All our products are custom printed on demand, specifically for you. Once an order is placed, it goes into production immediately. Because of this, we follow a strict policy outlined below.
When We Offer a Refund or Free Replacement
We will offer a full refund or free replacement only if:
- The product arrives physically damaged (torn, broken, or unusable)
- There is a print defect (wrong design, missing print, significant misalignment)
- You received the completely wrong product
To raise a claim, email us at customercare@nukkadcraft.in within 48 hours of delivery with your Order ID and clear photos/video of the issue. Approved claims will be resolved within 5–7 business days. You do not need to return the product for damage or defect claims.
When We Do NOT Offer Refunds or Replacements
We do not accept returns or issue refunds for:
- Wrong size ordered — We provide a detailed size chart on every product page. Please check carefully before ordering. Size is a customer responsibility.
- Wrong color or variant selected — All options are clearly shown at checkout. Orders matching what was selected are not eligible for return.
- Change of mind — Custom-made products cannot be returned due to personal preference.
- Minor color variation — Slight differences between screen display and printed output are normal due to monitor settings and printing processes. This is not considered a defect.
- Used, washed, or worn products — We cannot process returns for products that have been used.
- Claims raised after 48 hours of delivery
No Pickup or Reverse Logistics
Since our products are made-to-order, we do not arrange reverse pickups. For approved damage/defect claims, you are not required to send the product back.
Refund Timeline
If a refund is approved, it will be credited to your original payment method within 5–7 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Shipping charges and COD fees are non-refundable.
