Refund and Returns Policy
Thank you for visiting and shopping at Nukkad Craft. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Return and refund.
You can send back your order within 7 days after it arrives. If you live in most places, we’ll pick it up from you without any charges. But if your area doesn’t work with our delivery people, you’ll need to send it yourself. We don’t take back things that look used, dirty, or washed. If something’s broken, you don’t need to send it back unless our Customer Care Team says so. Just email us pictures at customercare@nukkadcraft.in and we’ll help you out.
If we confirm the problem, we’ll give your money back where you paid from. We only give money back if there’s something wrong with the product, not if you just don’t like it or it doesn’t fit. In those cases, we’ll give you a replacement. Once we get your stuff back and check it’s good, we’ll give your money back. But we don’t refund what you paid for shipping or cash on delivery.
If you’re sending stuff back yourself, make sure to pack it well so it doesn’t get damaged on the way. We suggest using a reliable local courier service. Email us at customercare@nukkadcraft.in with your Order ID and shipping details.
We offer free returns or exchanges within 7 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for a different product, or a refund to the original payment method. Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:
- Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
- Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging
- Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use
Return Process
- Share your product issues with a clear & visible photo that matches the return criteria (Email us on: customercare@nukkadcraft.in )
- Once we have proper details, we will open the dispute for the Return
- We will share the different products or the refund upon your product issued.
How long does it take to get a refund?
After we pick up your order, it takes 7-10 working days to give your money back, as long as your returned items pass our quality check. If you use a wallet, you’ll get your money back in a few hours. If you paid with a payment gateway, it also takes 5 to 7 working days, not counting weekends and holidays.
